Over the past 25 years, Greater Tucson Leadership has produced adult leadership
programs to promote community leadership and to inspire action in issues that impact
the Greater Tucson area. Our programs are held in the Spring and the Fall each year.
We are excited to announce GTL Community Projects as
an integral part of our Adult Leadership Program. These projects will be a great
opportunity to make advances in your non-profit organization or one you volunteer
for.
We encourage you to participate by completing the enclosed request for proposal
(RFP). Projects should be short term in their scope (completed over a five month
period) so GTL participants
can complete their project within a few months following their graduation. If you
do not have a suitable project available in your organization, but know another
who may, please feel free to share this information with them.
To submit a proposal, please complete the attached
Request for Proposal
and send
via fax, mail or email. Please review the RFP carefully regarding deadlines.
The GTL Community Project offers a unique opportunity to involve emerging leaders
of our community in projects critical to your organization or one that you serve
as a board member. Their talents, skills, and professional experience can be of
immense benefit to the non-profit they are partnered with. In addition, it offers
the class the ability to gain a greater understanding and appreciation for community
involvement.
Please contact us with any questions. We look forward to receiving your proposal!
